Brand Exchange Policy
No Refunds: Only exchanges are allowed.
Exchange Window: Must be requested within 7 working days of delivery.
Shipping Costs:
If the issue is at our end, shipping fees will not be charged.
If the exchange is due to customer preference, they are responsible for paying the shipping fee.
Size Chart: Always check the size chart before ordering, as each article may have different measurements.
Exchange Eligibility:
Exchanges are allowed for clothing only, not accessories.
The item must be unworn with all tags intact.
Return Process: Items must be returned via courier; personal deliveries are not accepted.
Condition of Items: Only products in original condition will be accepted for exchange.
Inspection: All returns will undergo a quality check before approval for exchange.
